Helpful Tips:

• SHEETS: We recommend using cotton, bamboo, or a poly-cotton blend. Fully synthetic materials will most likely not ground you at all and we do not recommend using them over your Earthing products.
• PAJAMAS: If you choose to place your Earthing product under your fitted sheet, we recommend keeping pajamas minimal, comparable to boxer shorts and a t-shirt. If you do wear long pajamas, we recommend placing your mat on top of your fitted sheet for best results.
• SOCKS: Your feet are one of the most readily conductive areas of your body, so sleeping without socks is always best!

Yes, you can wear pajamas while sleeping on an earthing sheet. While direct skin contact is optimal for earthing benefits,it is not necessary to sleep naked on the sheet.As long as there are body parts that have direct contact with the sheet, such as arms, legs, or feet, you can wear comfortable pajamas or sleepwear.

• Do not wash with bleach or fabric softener.
• Avoid using whitening detergents or oxi-detergents.
• Do not use detergents containing oils such as lavender or coconut oil.
• Avoid using dryer sheets.
• Do not apply lotions or body oils on your skin right before bed.
